We design the strategy of the organizations under the methodology of Balanced Scorecard and use this tool for strategic planning to cope the entire organization so that all people are aligned with corporate strategy and meet its objectives.

Methodology

1.We realize a strategic analysis of the company and make a diagnosis about its strategy and business plan.
2.We develop together with the Steering Committee for the Strategic Business Plan (SBP).
3.We development and align the activity plans of the different functional areas and departments of the company with the SBP, so that all the efforts of the organization are conducted in a coordinated manner and in the same direction.
4.In order to achieve the above, we develop and implement a strategic management by objectives based on the methodology of Balanced Scorecard.
5.This system works with an innovative web-based corporate tool, which will allow constant updating of objectives, indicators, targets and outcomes for each area, while providing feedback on an ongoing basis to the corporate strategy.
6.Adding to that, this software tool will work as a planner and manager of personal objectives and individual tasks, with the dual purpose of:
