We aim to contribute to the humanization of organizations in order to increase their productivity. We are a “boutique” consulting company that only offers ad-hoc solutions, adapted to each of our clients, and never with standard recipes.
Our Approach
To survive in an environment and to adapt to the environment implies a transformation to be successful, the efforts should be directed to what the company wants to be in the future (VISION and STRATEGY). For this we need the right organization for the future, that people are well selected, trained, and acquire new skills and focus their behavior toward that vision, and lead the transformation and make the organization and the people involved, with middle managers in control of change. That leadership is to establish concrete goals, motivate people and develop the organization.
